Hall Costs

A non-refundable deposit of the amount of your room rent secures the date and is credited towards your final balance.

A deposit of 50% of the estimated total costs is paid at least three weeks prior to the date of the event. The balance is due in full prior to the completion of the event.

A room rental includes banquet room, tables, plastic table clothes, and chairs. There are 3 room rent options: 1st) Carpet room only for $50 2nd) Both banquet rooms for $100 3rd) Both banquet rooms plus the private bar for $200

There is a 10% leeway on the estimated number of guests so you are responsible for 90% of the contracted number of meals.

5.5% state and local taxes and 20% gratuity are additional on the bill

A 4% card fee will be added to payments made by debit or credit cards.

Cake cutting available for a fee of $0.50 per person.

White linen table cloths are available to rent for an additional charge of $20 for groups of 75 people or less, and $40 for groups of more than 75 people.

White chair covers are available to rent at an additional charge of $40 for groups of 75 people or less, and $75 for groups of more than 75 people.

Black chair bands are available to rent at an additional charge of $35.
